Trusthost Terms of Service

1. Domain Payments.
It is solely your responsibility to notify TrustHost’s Billing department via a support ticket created from
https://panel.trusthost.org/ after purchasing a domain. Domain renewal notices are
provided as a courtesy reminder and TrustHost is not responsible for a failure to renew a domain or a
failure to notify a customer about a domain’s renewal. Domain renewals are billed and renewed thirty
(30) days before the renew date.

2. Invoice Disputes.
You have ninety (90) days to dispute any charge or payment processed by TrustHost. If you have any questions concerning a charge on your account, our billing department directly for assistance. Contact our billing department directly for assistance

3.Money-back Guarantee
TrustHost offers a thirty (30) day money- back guarantee for TrustHost’s hosting services only.
Subject to the terms described herein, if you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and you terminate your account within thirty (30) days of signing up for the Services, you will be given a refund of the amount paid for hosting minus any setup fees. 

4. Uptime Guarantee
Despite the 99.9% uptime guarantee, at the time of this post, TrustHost has been steadily running with an uptime average of 99.996% – the industry best uptime performance!

5. Governing Law
Jurisdiction Any legal dispute regarding your access or use of our Services or this Agreement shall be submitted to a Swedish public court in the general Stockholm area.

6.Opt-Out
You may opt-out of this dispute resolution provision by notifying TrustHost within 30 days of the date on which you entered into this Agreement or purchased a subscription, whichever is earlier. You must do so by writing to TrustHost.

7. Backups and Data Loss
TrustHost’s backup service runs once a night and overwrites any of our previous backups. Only one night of backups are kept at a time. This service is provided only to shared and reseller accounts as a courtesy and may be modified or terminated at any time at TrustHost’s sole discretion.
VPS no backups, Accounts larger than 20GB or 100,000 inodes WILL NOT be included in nighly backups.
